I am a Project Planning, Management, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) professional with over 6 years of progressive experience supporting donor-funded programs across development, humanitarian, and non-profit sectors. My career is anchored in one clear purpose: helping organizations translate mission, funding, and vision into measurable, sustainable impact.
I have built my expertise working across multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments, supporting international NGOs, faith-based institutions, and civil society organizations to plan, implement, monitor, and adapt complex programs. My work spans the full project cycle from proposal development and resource mobilization to implementation, learning, reporting, and close-out always with a strong emphasis on accountability, value for money, and results.
What differentiates my approach is the ability to bridge strategy and execution. I combine rigorous project management discipline with robust MEL systems and a deep understanding of gender equality and human rights. This allows me to support organizations not only to deliver projects on time and within budget, but also to generate credible evidence, strengthen institutional capacity, and build donor confidence.
As an Indrani Fellow with Every Woman Treaty, my technical work is further informed by global advocacy and policy engagement on ending violence against women and girls. This dual lens, technical excellence and rights-based advocacy, enables me to contribute meaningfully to programs seeking both operational effectiveness and transformational social change.
